One: Your name and email to download a business plan for one or more projects listed on this platform.
These are private and copyrighted documents and to help secure it, we will automatically email you a link and a password to download the business plan you requested.
WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. IT WILL ONLY BE FOR OUR RECORDS, AND IT WILL GO TO THE COMPANY WHO DID THE LISTING. THEY WILL USE IT TO KEEP YOU INFORMED.
Two: We ask your name and email to make a pledge. WE WILL NEVER SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. Read our policy on this below.
When you make a pledge, you can choose any BLOCK of shares or any amount. Make your choice and click the pledge bar.
You will be re-directed to a new page, where you will be asked for your Name and Email.
That is all. No other information or any payments is required from you.
The purpose of asking for your email is so the company who did the listing can keep you informed (via email) on the progress they are making in setting up and forming their company.
You can say STOP and opt-out at any time and ask that they cancel your pledge, which they will do immediately.
Or you can sit tight and watch how everything develops, taking no risk or making any commitment.
When you stay on the particular company’s email list, it gives you the wonderful opportunity to be part of this entire COMPANY SET-UP process.
By the time you receive our invitation to the Fact-Finding Meeting, you will not be a stranger. You will know EXACTLY what is going on, who the management is, and in a big way, you will know their abilities.
Isn’t THAT what any investor wants?
However, if you change your mind during this “Setting Up” process and don’t want to invest anymore, you only have to say STOP. No hard feelings and no regrets.
We can guarantee you there is not a single benefit for us or our clients to keep someone on-board who doesn’t want to be there anymore.
THAT is just the way it is. and we respect that. You might invest in another business venture – who knows?
Our policy is this: This entire process to seek funds to set-up a company [i.e., this “Crowd-Funding” platform] is to give YOU, as an investor, the opportunity to be part of something amazing and to sit back and see how things develop right in front of your eyes, BEFORE you make your final decision to invest a single cent.
If you are not utterly impressed by the time the company you are interested in is registered and the MOI is filed with the Department of Trade and Industries (Dti), you simply say “NO” and that is that.
No pressure – no commitment.
